Job description
Working closely with Sales, you will be responsible for raising the profile of Jascots and ensuring
brand consistency across all materials and channels. You will plan and execute fantastic events
including Portfolio Tasting, client tastings, dinners and other in-person and virtual events. With
support from the wider team you will create compelling content and assets and communicate the
stories of our incredible winemakers to reach our audience made up of London’s best restaurants,
hotels, and caterers. You will manage Jascots’ internal and external communications with support
from our external PR agency.
Requirements
- Content & Campaign Planning – create an annual marketing plan to deliver agreed objectives.
- Creation of monthly content for social media channels (Instagram, Twitter & Facebook) and
run activity that ties in with overall marketing objectives.
- Maintenance of accurate company information on media channels – Instagram, Twitter,
Facebook and Google
- Develop best in class copy and visuals with Jascots agreed tone of voice
- Maintain product information on the website (including wine lists & tech sheets) including:
- Reporting on incomplete information.
- Formatting and publishing information to the website.
- Sourcing, sizing and publishing product and producer imagery.
- Solve and procure solutions to inaccuracies on the website
- Publishing, updating new content to producer biogs, regional biogs, tasting notes, grape
variety profiles etc.
- Work with external PR agency to draft and disseminate press releases and other external
communications i.e. newsletters etc.
- Maintain marketing information including journalist contact info etc.
- Compile and organise corporate award entries
- Create, design & update marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate and manage key events including the Jascots Portfolio Tasting, industry fairs,
product launches, and producer tastings.
- Work with portfolio of producers to plan days in trade, winemaker dinners & events
- Glass and equipment hire / room set up
- Delivery & collection logistics
- Design and production of collateral – e.g. tasting booklets etc.
Person Specification
- A high level of wine knowledge and WSET Level 3 qualification is essential
- Strong communication skills with ability to adapt style to others
- Methodical and organised approach with ability to plan workload
- Commitment to our company values and motivated by team achievement

Working Environment
- London based, with weekly travel to our Newbury office, customers or other locations, including some overnight stays

Stage 1
Telephone or video introduction with Recruiter to discuss application, interest in role, and suitability for the role. Stage 2 Interview with hiring manager and HR via Teams.
