Job description
The Events Administrator/Receptionist will be responsible for co-ordinating the enquiries and incoming bookings whilst providing a professional welcome and registration service throughout the day and act as client liaison for trainers and delegates. Encompassing general administrative support to client and venue team. Working as part of a small close-knit team, you will be a strong support for the Centre and Deputy Centre Manager.
The role will involve a high level of interaction with stakeholders, staff of all levels and learners. Working closely with the Centre Manager and Deputy Centre Manager, you will build strong networks with King’s College Hospital and King’s Commercial Team, including Subject Matter Experts, Clinical Trainers, Finance, ICT, Marketing and Facilities Support, and liaison with external stakeholders.
You will represent the Academy as a key administrator, with the ability to analyse, interpret and synthesise data including financial management and reporting. Excellent communications skills and experience of contributing to reports, publications and presentations are also essential. This will be a busy and varied role requiring you to multi-task and to work to strict deadlines. You must be proactive and flexible in your approach to your duties and be able to work with minimum supervision.
