We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Events Manager to join a rapidly growing brand within the property sector, this is truly an exciting time to join this company with some ambitious growth plans! This is a newly formed role and as Marketing and Events Manager, you will deliver the marketing strategy with a focus on acquisition and retention, supported by the wider Marketing function. What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute marketing plan to attract and retain new business.
• Collaborate with central marketing team for targeted campaigns across digital channels including web, CRM and Paid.
• Create marketing materials for location-based events, driving attendance and engagement.
• Provide ROI reporting on marketing activities aligned with objectives.
• Manage budget in line with Head of Marketing and venue P&L.
• Generate marketing assets and content for location and activities.
• Curate and execute monthly newsletter.
• Collaborate with local teams to increase awareness and enquiries for the venue.
• Build local community relationships for marketing and event collaborations.

Experience you’ll need

• Experience in a similar Marketing position within a B2B, SME or start-up environment with a focus on acquisition and retention through targeted marketing campaigns, lead gen and ROMI.
• Sound understanding of full digital marketing mix: paid, owned and earned channels.
• Good commercial and creative understanding and passion for innovation!
• Customer-centric approach.
• Experience within the property sector is highly advantageous.
