Anubis Event Security are NOW looking to Recruit Event / Football_ Stewards in London Area for work at events and venues._
We are welcoming applications from people that would like to join us as Part Time Casual Event / Football Steward, these team members are vital part of any event or venues Security, Safety, and Customer Service Team of at any event. So, this position is only open to the right candidates, that have an enthusiasm and a desire to work, and those that can meet the company's strict recruitment criteria. Our team members enjoy working at both inside and outside events and venues, throughout Greater London and the Home Counties area. The type of work is varied and is as and when required.
Our Pay Rates for Event / Football Stewards are: £10.85 to £12.50 per hour
We fully understand the Security Industry and the needs of our team members, and as such we really don't mind you working for other companies as long as people act professionally and meet their commitments with us that's what is most important. Our team of Event / Football Stewards must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Spectator Safety or be willing to work towards this qualification.

Applicants For This Position Must Be:
- Over 18 Years of age
- Have a good command of the English Language both written and verbal
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 Spectator Safety Qualification or Equivalent and be willing to work towards this qualification. (FULLY FUNDED LEVEL 2)
- Be able to provide photographic proof of ID
proof of right to work within the UK
recent and relevant proofs of address
a 5-year minimum checkable history – Vital Requirement!
- Willing to work as part of a growing team
- Be Prepared to Travel within the M25 area.
Our Event / Football Stewards Duties may include:
- General Customer Services, including emotional and volatile situations.
- Crowd Management
- Segregation of fans
- Conflict Management & dealing with aggression
- Monitoring / managing ingress and egress points.
- Providing Information and direction.
- Ensuring crowd safety plans and procedures are adhered to.
- Reporting any suspicious behaviour.
- Monitoring Crowds for distress, overcrowding and disorder.
- Ingress control – ticket validation, accreditation checks, and queries.
- Egress control – Observing safe egress from areas, including emergency evacuation.
- Reporting and recording details of accidents, irregularities, near misses, or incidents.
- Maintaining safe working environments, and health and safety management.
Our Pay Rates for Event / Football Stewards are from £10.85 to £12.50 per hour PAYE Only and self employed.
We pay above National Minimum Wage Rates, and pay rates are dependent on position, qualification, venue and role.
