Job description
The Grand Station, located in Wolverhampton is a large wedding and event venue, hosting hundreds of events per year.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced individual to plan various type of events (weddings, parties, conferences, performances etc...) and to manage the events.
Job Role -
- Front Facing Role
- Meeting with clients
- Preparing event briefs / function sheets
- Manage various type of events
- Ordering items / working with suppliers
- Ordering catering / dietary requirements
- Ensuring all requirements by the client are met to a high standard
- Experience of working in large Events
We are looking for somebody with planning experience, who is comfortable planning and managing events with hundreds of guests.
The role is for 25 hours a week, over 5 days. Usual hours 9.30am to 2.30pm.

Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £14,000.00 per year
