Event Sales Co Ordinator - New forest area
A luxury hotel in the New Forest area is looking for an experienced events Co Ordinator, the hotel is a popular events location, and the Event Sales Co Ordinator will be responsible for speaking with customers to establish needs, converting enquiries into events.

- Salary: £21,731
- Location: New Forest area
- Hours: 5/7 days - Various Shifts
Responsibilities of the role
- Handling inbound and outbound emails and phone enquiries to take enquiries through to final details
- Manage all customer contact; follow up enquiries with proposals leading to contract creation and accounting.
- Ensure all current bookings, appointments are handed over to the relevant departments within an appropriate timeframe.
In order to be successful:
- Experience in a similar role
- Passion for hospitality
- Good, confident telephone manner
- Great organisational skills
