Allerton Castle
Allerton Castle are looking for an Assistant Events Co-ordinator to help with the organising and running events, tours and weddings.
Allerton Castle is a Grade 1 listed Building, recently fully restored and run by the Gerald Arthur Rolph Foundation Charity to preserve and protect.
The Assisstant Evenets Co-ordinator will be one of the first contacts and the follow up of sales enquiries for events and weddings at The Rolph Foundation, Allerton Castle, listed structures and Grounds. To grow business profitably both reactively and proactively. To ensure high quality service, on time and to budget by managing client delivery projects to enable us to fulfil our contracted promises. To act as an ambassador for the Rolph Foundation ensuring that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions with customers.
You will be required to host events and weddings and weekend work is manditory part of your working week, working 5 days over 7. You will Assist the Senior co-odinator in running social media and other sales tools, replying to enquiries, working with tour groups and our volunteers.
Experience in a customer facing role will be benefical, you will be computer literate and competant with microsoft word and excel. Full Training will be given to the right candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Allerton Mauleverer: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Event Management: 1 year (preferred)
