Immersive Experiences is returning to the Lambeth Country Show 2023!
We need people friendly event assistants to help with our event, including some of the following areas
Full training provided where necessary
- Planetarium and 360 Cinema playing films all day
- Gaming zone, including consoles, simulator and Virtual Reality
- Hands on science zone, including making a comet, slime, sundial (experience with children necessary)
- Soft Play area (keeping area tidy and safe for young children)
- Storytelling corner (keeping tidy, and extra pay for anyone happy to ready stories to children during group story time)
- Cosmic shop, selling items to the public
- Helping set up on 09.06.23 (day before event), physical fitness important, and able to lift up to 25kg
Requirements
- Clean Drivers licence
- DBS checked and able to work with children
- A friendly outgoing manner in public facing situations
- Smart appearance and able to wear company uniform such as polo shirt, trousers or 3/4 shorts (personal preferences)
- Ability to learn on the job, and how to use technology such as computers, VR, Consoles etc
- A positive attitude and engaging attitude towards public and children, encouraging them to explore our installation and activities
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Freelance
Contract length: 3 days
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
