We are currently seeking for experienced Kitchen Cleaning Operatives to join our team in East London.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environment and possess strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment. As a Kitchen Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, including floors, walls, surfaces, appliances, and utensils, but also the cleanliness of other areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the kitchen is clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times
• Cleaning all surfaces, appliances, and utensils thoroughly
• Deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, and fryers monthly
• Disposing of waste in the correct manner
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be reliable, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude are also essential.
