This Community Support Worker role pays up to £21 per hour, including paid travel time, and mileage. We are passionate about quality care, and our unique approach has earnt up a ‘Top 20’ Home Care Provider award and a 9.9 rating score. We carefully match you to your clients and keep you with them, so you build genuine bonds and gain trust. Our calls are never less than 1-hour, so you don’t have to rush your time with your clients. In your calls you may be asked to help with the following:
- Assisting your client to groups and on days out
- Helping with shopping
- Meal preparation
- Dementia care
- Light domestic duties
- Accompanying to appointments
- Administering or prompting medication
- Support with personal care

Working Hours
For this carer role, we are offering a shift pattern of 4pm to 9pm on 4 or 5 consecutive days a week. Should you wish to work more hours in the future, this could also be an option, with full-time hours also available. The hours can be altered for the right candidate, so it's worth getting in touch.
On non-bank holiday working days, we pay £10.25 per hour on weekdays, and £10.50 on the weekends. We pay the same rate for the time you spend travelling between calls, and also cover you petrol.
