- Excellent rates of pay: £12.25/hr before 6:15pm & £13.25/hr after 6:15pm
- We pay an additional 50p/hr if you hold a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care

An exciting opportunity has arisen for part time Evening Care Assistants to join our friendly and fast-growing team in St Albans!
We cover St Albans, Harpenden, Radlett and surounding areas.
At Home Instead we value and appreciate the amazing work that our Care Assistants provide every day. We are looking for people who are nurturing, adaptable and supportive of our clients remaining independent and with dignity in their own homes. We certainly look after our team and ensure all new Care Assistants are given full training to make sure they are fully confident to look after our clients.
What we offer:

- Evening hours from 5pm depending on your availability!
We provide a minimum of 1-hour visits per client, offering first and foremost great companionship, Home help and Care support. We also provide support with preparing the clients desired meals, helping around the house, and personal care where needed.
Requirements:
- A full driving licence and access to a car, as the nature of the role requires you to travel between client visits.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our clients needs
- Professional approach and a passion to deliver the very best care.
- Compassion when dealing with more vulnerable people.
- Positive attitude and a good level of written and spoken English.
- Availability to work alternate weekends

To be a Care Assistant at Home Instead you do not need to have experience of working in Care, or qualifications. We will provide all the TRAINING you'll need to feel confident in supporting our wonderful clients.
