The key responsibilities in this role include; Ensure that DHL service providers have agreed and sign off any contingency plan and have the correct resources available to act upon the plan. Liaising with carriers to ensure pre-arranged transport from the contingency plan, sourcing other carriers where required to smooth out the collection plan as much as possible. Maintain relationships to implement and establish high, reliable on time collection and on time delivery performance and to respond to inquiries / requests of a moderate difficulty level from Suppliers, Carriers and others (internal & external). Ensure adherence to internal and external costs agreements and procedures, to avoid and report financial loss and or financial discrepancies Respond to inquiries / requests of a moderate difficulty level from suppliers, carriers and customers You won't find another job like the one you'll find with DHL Supply Chain.
