A career in Quality Supply Chain (QSC) where none of us stand still.
The Quality Shared Services Team supports the Europe Cross Business Unit Quality & Supply Chain (QSC) organization. We maintain governance and oversight on quality projects, monitor their performance and plan for improvements.
Members of the team give specialised service to the QSC organization which holds responsibility for manufacturing sites, local market operational quality and contract manufacturer oversight.
Collaborating end-to-end, the team ensures our products reach our customers on time and in good quality.
As Quality Shared Services Support, you will
- be part of an inspiring multi-national and multi-cultural team
- work with quality, supply, technical and other functions in different parts of the business
- learn about maintaining quality in a challenging business and regulatory environment
- get insight into routine activities and project work
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
As Quality Shared Services Support, you will help the team by
- facilitating communication activities in Townhalls, Newsletters and Internal Social Media
- supporting the implementation of global and Europe Cross BU Quality programs
- assisting the UK Market Quality Team in the implementation of Quality Standards and Systems, e.g. in the area of Complaints Management or Product Release
- consolidating quality related information and quality performance indicators
- supporting the management of the documentation control and other Tech system

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:
Education required: Studying for first degree in scientific, engineering or business discipline, or able to demonstrate equivalent level of knowledge.
Desired:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in Communication activities
- Proficiency in database management and information sourcing
