About the Role
We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our team here at Etc.
Helping us build and deliver market leading products that solve real customer problems on a global scale. You will support product, operations and technical teams through the entire product and project delivery lifecycle from discovery right through to build, launch and beyond.

The Delivery Team, where this role sits, is responsible for driving and leading multi-functional teams to deliver business-critical and customer-focused outcomes.

This role will be based 3 days in our London One Braham Office, with 2 days remote.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the whole delivery lifecycle of your product from ideation stage, discovery, digital user interface design, and product functionality and features
  • Creation of delivery plan(s) for projects requiring cross-team input and collaboration, working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Focus on driving alignment between delivery functions, to ensure that major testing, trial and launch milestones are successfully executed
  • Delivery of business-critical initiatives, including pro-active risk management and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with teams across the wider business to align plans, unblock development and communicate changes with customers and colleagues
  • Get direct feedback from smart people across the company, but you will keep the freedom to make your own calls, take risks and learn
  • Work closely every day with a multi skilled team of designers, researchers, technical product owners and delivery managers
  • Track and monitor overall project / programme performance, including holding delivery teams accountable to time, cost and quantity delivery targets / metrics
  • Work in ways that suits you best within your team - enjoy flexibility in how you work. It’s all about your impact on the mission

Role Experience:
  • Managing complex projects, programmes and deliverables
  • Experience working alongside product, technical and wider business teams
  • Strong ability to ‘solutionise’ in complex / demanding situations
  • Comfortable operating in an environment whereby uncertainty is commonplace
  • Ability to pro-actively manage risks and issues
  • Able to get delivery teams aligned to business and product objectives
  • Pragmatic operator, with ability to prioritise focus accordingly, based on business / customer value
  • Experience delivering in agile, waterfall and hybrid ways working of working
  • Founder mentality with can do / get it done attitude
