Job Overview
This role sits within the Consumer Engagement Team and coordinates closely with the Product Marketing, Online, Creative and Education Teams to support the overall Consumer Engagement strategy of the brand, with a focus on social media.
Responsibilities
Organic Social Calendar Planning & Scheduling
- Own and develop the UK Social Content Calendar, working with key stakeholders to plan, curate and create content to maintain and increase engagement.
- Integrate and align social content with the wider marketing strategy across CRM, Marketing, Communications & Paid Media initiatives.
- Demonstrate flawless execution with attention to detail, protecting and enhancing the Estée Lauder brand with total consistency across all social channels.
Community Management Support
- Liaise with the Pro-Artist team to brief them on weekly themes, foreseeing potential queries and monitoring them to check all customers queries are replied to in a timely manner, escalating where appropriate.
- Provide cover of community management when Pro-Artist team are away, monitoring and clearing customer queries.
- Collate responses to assess where communication with consumers can improve and to share consumer feedback / insights with wider team.
Measurement & Reporting
- Analyse and report on organic social KPI’s across channels as part of BAU and key campaigns.
- Leverage social analytics tools to provide and share performance and insights with wider team, developing best practices and inform strategy based on results and channel audits.
- Regularly undertake competitor analysis to identify industry trends and leverage Corporate resources to define next-generation social media marketing opportunities.
INTERNAL
Content Management
- Actively seek opportunities to leverage creator and influencer content commissioned by the Communications Team across social and digital channels.
- Briefs best-in-class briefs to ELC Studios to create new or locally relevant content, managing relationship and communication from creative concept to asset delivery.
- Ensures seamless use of locally created assets across departments (i.e. Online, Marketing, VM).
- Download and distribute both Global and locally created assets from content management portals such as Adobe DAM and Sprinklr.
- Act as the point of contact in the brand for all content-related queries and tasks.
Pro-Artist Taskforce
- Create guidelines & execute training modules for Pro-Artists to increase their competence and confidence in social media, maximising opportunities for authentic, on-brand exposure across Instagram and TikTok.
- Manage relationship and trend content briefings with Pro-Artists to deliver high-quality BAU and campaign content on a regular basis for owned and retailer channels.
Skills & Experience
- A proactive state of mind, always wanting to find new social niches and bring them to life
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- A thirst for keeping on top all things social, from trend spotting and ideation to content creation
Team Support & Admin
- Support with raising and tracking POs for the CE team.
- Support with raising FOCS for the CE team.
