Reports to: ELC Multi-Brand Manager

Job Summary

This is a job for the beauty obsessed. You will work as a Beauty Advisor across the portfolio of Estee Lauder Companies brands in store. The role will require you to provide engaging customer service through the execution of events, exceptional communication skills, trend spotting, social media usage, and creativity.

You will use your beauty expertise (make-up, skincare, fragrance, and/or hair) to deliver high-touch and unbiased advice to the consumer, introducing products from across the ELC brands and categories in store. You will also leverage social media to deliver Multi-Branded events, both in-store and online, to recruit and reward new consumers. You will be responsible for driving the business across the ELC brands in store, to support the achievement of KPI’s.

You will be an excellent collaborator, working as part of a wider team to support the achievement of Brand and Multi-Brand targets.

Sales and service

  • Consistently achieve set sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more.
  • Foster an omni-channel approach to meet consumer needs and maximise selling opportunities.

  • Consistently deliver high touch consumer experiences, be it over the phone, in person or virtual.

  • Act with pace and accuracy when handling consumer enquiries.

  • Adhere to Store/Company stock management procedures to ensure stock file accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising in line with Brand/Store/Company guidelines.
  • Always contribute to housekeeping to maintain strong retail standards.
  • Take personal responsibility and adhere to Store/Company Security policies and procedures.
  • Fully understand and adhere to Store/Company Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols.
