Platform Property Care has an opportunity for an experienced Estates Services Delivery Manager within the Estates and Facilities sector to join our Estates team based in the West Midlands area, Leicestershire and Derbyshire.
What could you be doing?
Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will be responsible for successfully delivering a regionally based, customer focussed caretaking, cleaning and waste management service by managing and leading a team of both directly employed staff and sub-contractors.
Some things we need from you:
You will be results focused, ensuring a high quality of Estates service is delivered whilst providing support to the Head of Estates in delivering a value for money and equitable service for all internal and external customers. Leading a team and inspiring them to bring their best you will also supporting the wider Platform Property Care team objectives.
We want somebody who has:
- Demonstrable experience of people management, both colleague and contractor, within a cleaning and caretaking environment in a commercial organisation
- Experience in working with clients and delivering services that meet KPIs including customer satisfaction and setting a clear level of customer service
- Experience of liaising with and performance managing external contractors
- A Customer first mentality
- Experience of creating and maintaining good working relationships
- Ability to prioritise and deal with a large volume of work
- A history of delivering facilities and estates services to the required standard/ specification and to budget, with a right first- time mentality and approach
As the role is mobile it also requires a full UK Driving Licence.
