Job description
Manage the Building section staff and direct labour, undertaking the necessary recruitment within establishment. Ensure that all Trust HR policies are complied with. Closely monitor and manage timekeeping, sickness and absence. Liaise with Consultants and Architects appointed as agents to undertake projects.
Work closely with the Capital Estates Development section and with the Engineering section of EFM Take part in inspections, working groups and any other initiative, agreeing action and implementing action plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with all Financial Standing Orders.
