An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee – Estate Agent and Administrator to join our team based at our Harborne office

We are seeking a trainee estate agent/administrator who is proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel, has strong attention to detail and a commitment to the company's core values. In addition, they must hold a degree. A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform office administrative duties.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Be a team player.
- Follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
- Accurately complete work assignments, follow-up on details, and be accurate and reliable.
- Accurately type, read and communicate in English.
- Manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Work calmly under pressure
- Prepare daily reports and communication to management.
- Be prepared to go that extra mile with regards to customer service.
