Real estate/estate agent experience is essential!

People that sell may also rent and people that buy may also rent, and a customer deserves to deal with a single point of contact that can offer both. We also apply the same level of thinking to geographical boundaries; if a client has a property in two different locations and wants to use the same trusted client manager then we would never stop this happening and never try and force them to use another agent in another office – this is what it means to be customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own client portfolio of sellers, buyers and letters
- Listing property
- Building excellent relationships
- Building your client portfolio
- Ability to business generate through the typical channels
- Managing entire sale/letting process end to end
What are we looking for?
- This role would be suitable for (but not limited to) someone with experience as a Branch Manager, Lettings Manager, Sales Manager, or Lister
- Ideally someone with a developer or landlord network
- You will be a highly ambitious individual
- Must be able to list property
- Ideally come with early instructions for sale or let
