Are you an experienced Estate Agent? Or do you have a sales background and the hunger to do well and be rewarded healthily for it?
How much can you earn?
Our Partner Agents earn up to 50% of the fee. Our average fee is £9875, so by selling just one property per month you could earn around £60,000 per year. Our minimum fee is just over £4000, so even one a month at that level, you could earn over £24,000 a year. Earnings are uncapped, so the more you sell, the more you earn and there is potential to charge higher fees. You would be hired on a self-employed basis.
Expected deals per month - 2-4 sales
What we expect of you:
You will need to focus on 4 main tasks to produce the income: Find Properties, List Properties, Sell Properties & Negotiate the deal! (We will provide training related to this also!)
What you can expect of us:
We will take care of pretty much everything else. Our inhouse team will be an extension to you – they will help take the calls, do the admin, book appointments, progress the sale, do the marketing, leaving you to be able to focus on a better work/life balance whilst getting to be out there bringing in more income!
We are able to provide you with the systems and support to create a strong income for yourself as well as business planning and strategy guidance.
Who we are looking for:
We hand pick members of the Team based on attitude and ability to give great service to our customers, so we’re looking for positive, cheerful, driven, friendly people who enjoy helping others whilst displaying entrepreneurship. Experience in estate agency isn’t necessary.

What you will need:
- You need a clean and full current UK driving licence and access to a fully insured car to enable you to accompany viewings and to conduct valuations.
- You will need a dedicated, equipped space (desk and chair)
- You will need basic computer skills and be competent in word processing and email use.
- We invest in you to try and get you to be successful, but ultimately the dedication, commitment and resilience has to come from within.

We are an independent estate agent, well known in our locality, with an experienced team from ex-corporate backgrounds. We have offices in South West London including a central London location that you can use too.
