Job description
We are looking for ambitious, estate agents who have experience in the luxury home market. Would you like the freedom to run your own business and have a flexible working pattern with the ability to earn a substantial income? Do you have an excellent track record, the ability to liaise with high-net-worth clients and provide exceptional service? Do you have an entrepreneurial streak and excellent interpersonal skills? £50,000 - £100,000 OTE
Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile housing market within the Newcastle and Northumberland areas.
What you do:
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients
- Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
- Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
What we do:
- We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful self-employed estate agent and have the opportunity to earn a great income
- Full support and training from Fine & Country’s luxury Park Lane head office and Fine & Country Newcastle and Northumberland
- Systems to enable you to run your business including CRM

Who are we looking for:
- An experienced Agent, who has sold luxury homes across Newcastle or Northumberland
- You will be an ambitious, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual
- You will provide the highest levels of customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills providing a bespoke ‘wrap around’ service to clients
- You will believe in ongoing personal and professional development
