Duties: Arranging viewings, carrying out viewings, generating new business leads, provide feedback to clients, handling phone, email and in-person enquiries, negotiating offers when required, creating social media posts and content, updating clients on activity on their property, fixing closing dates, featuring in regular social media posts and stories, liaising with solicitors, and a lot more!
The essentials: A full clean driving licence (preferably with access to use of a car), good level of IT and computer skills, excellent worth ethic, a friendly nature and a genuine passion for helping people.
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm with flexibility for occasional holiday cover. Saturday morning working (from home) on a rota basis - currently one in four.
