Naish are a well-respected and a family owned York city centre Estate Agent, who due to increased demand are seeking an Administrator to work full time in our York branch

About the role:
Monday to Friday 8.45a.m – 5.15pm and a Saturday on a rota system (usually one in 3) with time off in lieu.
This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to excel, eager to join a busy city centre estate agents office, focused on excellent customer service and with a keen eye for detail.
Of course, you will be a very valuable member of the team, as the administrator is our back bone and often the first point of call into our office, either by phone, email or walk in. Well presented and with an excellent telephone manner.
Booking property valuations
Booking viewings
Undertaking some viewings where required
Dealing with all sales progression and administration – so a keen eye for detail is a must
Checking chain details
Weekly feedback to both buyers and vendors on how things are progressing
You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and a superb telephone manner
You will have solid IT skills and use to using email / word and excel
You will have excellent organisational skills
Dealing with stationery orders and other office associated matters
Flexible, can do attitude is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
