About the Opportunity

The role will be responsible for administrational requirements in support of the Leadership Team, ensuring efficient administration and delivery of our activities across the business.

  • Providing administrative support to the Project Director & Senior Leadership team on the project.
  • Daily tasks tracking for the Projects director plus management of incoming emails for the Project director and Project Manager
  • Timesheet and expense approvals
  • Diary co-ordination and meeting co-ordination and organising events
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Collation and editing of presentations and meeting minutes and action taking
  • Liaising with senior leadership and key clients (both internal and external)
  • Supporting leadership initiatives through delegated authority

  • Discretion & trustworthiness
  • Strong organisational and logistical skills and experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to provide an agile and flexible service.
  • Ability to work across organisations
  • Ability to multi-task and work under own initiative
  • Able to work under short term pressure to resolve emerging issues in a timely and responsive manner
  • Be competent in using all Microsoft office applications
