We have vacancies for Sales Advisors to join the Garsons Pick Your Own Farm team this summer, to deliver an industry leading experience to Garsons customers through exceptional customer service.
We are looking for candidates to start towards the end of May (exact start date depends on the season) and ideally work through to 31st October.
The responsibilities of the role are to:
- Provide our customers with an exceptional level of service.
- Communicate effectively at all levels.
- Work not only on retail sales but farm security to ensure the smooth running of the site.
- Working with our PC-based till and ticketing systems.
The ideal candidates will have:
- experience of previously working as part of a highly motivated team.
- excellent one-to-one customer service skills.
- experience in a busy retail environment.
- previous experience of use of till systems.
This role is outdoors-based and therefore successful candidates will need to be happy working in all weather conditions.
