When working for Hell in a Cell, you will need to learn multiple puzzles and be able to help customers solve them.
This is a Horror led escape experience so employees will need to have the confidence to immerse themselves in the role. A background in drama is useful but not necessary. Employees also need to be reliable, punctual and flexible.
Employees need to be able to speak and help customers with any questions they have when completing the game.
Hell in a Cell is a 5-star scare event, so high customer service skills are paramount for the job.

Job Requirements:
must be 18+ to apply
Manage the escape room experience
Monitoring progress, providing support, ensuring safety English as your first language is critical as you will have to communicate through a mask.
Confident in a dark environment
A passion for customer service and very confident face to face with customers and on the phone
Able to be flexible in working times (shifts can be on any day - mainly evenings & weekends)
Punctual and reliable
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
