The ERM Foundation was established in 1995 to enable ERM and its employees to provide funding and professional support for non-profit organizations and social enterprises that share our commitment to creating a more sustainable and equitable world. We work in partnership with organizations at the intersection of biodiversity protection, climate action and supporting sustainable livelihoods in order to create a lasting impact.
The ERM Foundation Coordinator will oversee the management of the ERM Foundation for EMEA and APAC regions. They will sit within the Group Sustainability Team, reporting to the Head of Sustainability and ERM Foundation, and working in conjunction with the NA/LAC Foundation Manager.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the ERM Foundation, including the UK Foundation, with a particular focus on EMEA and APAC region.
- Run the grant funding and pro bono programme, which includes communications, overseeing the grant application review committee, engagement with recipient organisations, financial administration of grant awards and tracking progress against targets.
- Manage the ERM Future Fund, including liaison with ERM project teams and recipient organisations.
- Coordinate and run the Sustainability & Foundation network with a particular focus on EMEA and APAC.
- Oversee ERM Foundation communications and respond to queries, internal and external.
- Lead the ERM Foundation Annual Review including co-authorship, liaison with design team and engagement with ERM Foundation colleagues for input data.
- Presenting on sessions about the ERM Foundation, particularly for new colleagues to inspire involvement.
- Oversee governance of the ERM Foundation, working with the Head of Sustainability and ERM Foundation, including organisation of content and meetings with Foundation Trustees, administration with Charity Commission and UK Companies House

Qualifications
Degree preferably in environmental, sustainability, communications or other relevant disciplines. Experience of working in corporate or grant funding/charity role ideally
