Description
We are looking for a driven individual to join our emerging brand Erborian in the UK. If you have a start-up mindset and are passionate about beauty, join our team to support our fast-growing brand. Working on one of our newly launched concessions within Boots, you will support customers with their Erborian purchases, aid with product knowledge and be on hand to offer tips and recommendations.
The Brand
At Erborian, our mission is for our customers to achieve perfect skin with simple and unique products. We are a skincare brand that combines the most sophisticated Korean technologies with high-quality ingredients derived from herbs found in traditional Korean medicine. We also have our award-winning and now iconic BB and CC creams. Erborian is available in the UK through Wholesale channels offline and online (Space NK, Selfridges, Feel Unique, Lookfantastic, Harrods) and through its own e-commerce website.
Contract Type: Fixed Term, 6 Months
Weekly Hours: 18 hours over Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
What Will You Do?
Day to Day
- Promote and maintain good housekeeping and visual merchandising standards on the concession.
- Completing any other tasks required by the Erborian team to support the needs of the business.
- Offer & provide demonstrations (including shade matching, helping to build a personalised skincare routine, and offering samples), to all customers
- .ssist in unpacking and checking off new Erborian stock deliveries.
- Report any out-of-stock products and testers to the Erborian team.
- Report your daily sales to the Erborian team.
Commercial Flair
- Consistently meet/exceed your personal targets set by the Erborian team to contribute to the success of the Company.
- Understanding of different market types and customers.
Future Focus
- Maintain excellent personal product knowledge to effectively advise and recommend products, campaigns and offers.
- Seeks opportunities to support the Brand through project work.
Driving Results:
- Always provide the highest level of service to ensure all customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times.
The Perfect Candidate:
- A love of retail, it’s essential that you want to be in a customer facing environment as we are an experiential brand
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident and effective communication and listening skills
- To demonstrate pro-active selling ability
- Highly motivated to achieve personal KPI’s and contribute towards Boutique objectives
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Reliable, honest and flexible
- Positive and friendly attitude as well as consistent ability to operate at your best
