Your role
We're looking for someone to provide a central role to the Global Employee Relations (ER) team which is responsible for ensuring fair, equitable, objective and consistent treatment of all employees across the firm, including the management of HR related investigations, responding to employee complaints or workplace concerns, and advising on potential disciplinary actions and policy questions.
You will be involved in ER-related policies, processes, reporting, risk management, projects, and services.
We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of employee relations to support with material strategic change projects as well as day to day ER activities. This will mean working with a variety of global stakeholders both within and outside your function to ensure best in class services are delivered to the businesses we support.

- at ease with extracting, manipulating and analysing data from multiple sources and presenting 'the story' behind the data in an easily digestible format
- natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
- excellent communicator, ability to influence across different stakeholder groups, with persuasive presentation skills
- good at project management, with a a logical mind, good at solving problems
- very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- always looking to remove barriers, automate and make the way we work more efficient
- ability to prioritise and work under pressurised timelines
- experience of working in a HR or legal environment handling employee relations matters would be beneficial
