Byddwch yn gweithio gyda chyfreithwyr, ffyrmiau cyfraith a rhanddeiliaid eraill, i ddeall yn well yr heriau EDI sy'n wynebu'r proffesiwn a rhannu’r arferion gorau. Byddwch yn hybu ymwybyddiaeth o'n gwaith EDI yn y proffesiwn, gan gynnwys trwy ddigwyddiadau a’r cyfryngau cymdeithasol. Byddwch yn gallu cyfrannu at ein diwylliant cynhwysol ac efallai y cewch gyfle i gefnogi'n hyfforddiant a'n polisïau EDI mewnol, ond nid rôl Adnoddau Dynol yw hon.

Yr hyn y gallwn ei gynnig i chi:

  • Gwybodaeth gyfoes o’r ddeddfwriaeth a’r arferion gorau ynglŷn ag EDI
  • Sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol
  • Profiad o ddadansoddi a gwerthuso gwybodaeth a data a chyflwyno canfyddiadau ysgrifenedig ac adroddiadau ffurfiol
  • Y gallu i feithrin perthynas dda a gweithio ar y cyd ag ystod amrywiol o randdeiliaid allanol a mewnol
  • Y gallu i weithio'n hyblyg a chydbwyso terfynau amser cyferbyniol gan roi sylw i anghenion y cwsmeriaid ac anghenion yr SRA
