Job Title: Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week.
Location: Flexible, the role will be contracted to our Wilmslow office. Through hybrid working we offer great home and office-based working opportunities and more general flexibility over where you work to be productive. There will be times when you will be expected to attend the office to collaborate with colleagues or travel due to business need.
Salary range: £50,664 - £57,392 pa, with potential for further progression to £64,622 pa with our pay progression scheme.

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner role
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and Capability, and as part of the extended management team within People Services, you will be responsible for developing a model for EDI which will drive our organisational culture and EDI objectives.
A strategic Business Partner, you will provide subject-matter expertise to ensure our EDI approach, policy, interventions and procedures align with our High Performance strategy and vision.
A key role within the organisation, the EDI Business Partner will implement measures to ensure minority representation demographics are improved across the ICO, and will support embedding our values into organisational processes.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner candidate
You will have significant experience in Human Resources or Programme Management, along with consulting, influencing and engaging leadership on EDI and/or HR issues.
With the ability to take complex information and provide clear advice to stakeholders, you will think implement EDI theory, application, legislation and policy across the UK.
Collaboration, ownership and accountability will be key drivers for you, and you'll work closely with the wider People Services team to provide expert guidance and advice to your stakeholders.
