g2 Bristol are hiring as our teams expand further into recruiting in the IT/Technology/Engineering sectors across Germany and the EU.

After a successful summer, the Bristol teams are now looking to expand further and have more talented consultants join them! g2 Bristol are hiring! We are looking for ambitious and money motivated individuals to join our brand-new, purpose built office in the center of Bristol (we have a darts hall, ping pong table and state of the art facilities!)

Bristol is where g2 started, and also the home of some of our top billers, you really will be working alongside g2's greatest!! Our managers are looking for people with that winners mindset with the drive to succeed and beat the top billers to that very top spot!

We specialize in the European markets recruiting within the engineering, life science, IT and technology sectors where you will become an expert in your role by working alongside some of g2's highest earning consultants who have walked the walk and are now ready to teach you their ways!

We also have positions on our Trainee Recruitment Consultant program across our UK offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, London, Reading, Swansea, Cardiff and Leeds. We have also just opened a brand new EU office, in Munich, if you have thought about making the move over to a completely new country!

The role
As a 360-recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. From building relationships with hiring companies and making connections with clients, to communicating with and managing the expectations of potential candidates who are looking for their next role. You will be supplying clients across the European sectors with the best talent the market has to offer by building relationships and selling your services as a recruiter!
