Your Role:As a Part-Time Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. This part-time position, with four hours a day, offers flexibility while accommodating office renovations. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop a strong foundation in IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Help maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the team to deploy and configure hardware and software solutions.
- Learn and adhere to best practices in IT security and data protection.

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
