About Our Client

A leading Fashion Menswear business company based in Coventry. The company have branded Fashion product and supply to the multi-channel retailers including Asos and Topshop. You will work with retail buyers to track deliveries and orders - creating a critical path to ensure that goods are going to be delivered to the customers on time.

Job Description

• Track deliveries and orders - creating a critical path to ensure that goods are going to be delivered to the customers on time.
• Manage new developments samples
• Track new fabric sampling
• Raise orders with the factories, order the fabric from the mill and follow the whole process through to delivery
• Prepare weekly reports for the factories and customers
• Liaise with the Buyers and Merchandisers keeping them up to date with their orders.
• Communicating daily with Factories - tracking orders and providing the correct information.
• Build relationships with the fabric mills, factories and retail groups.
• Track stock arriving and leaving
• To take on any other responsibilities or tasks that are commensurate with the salary of the post and are within the employee's range of skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed.

The Successful Applicant

• Recent Fashion graduate, Business Degree or similar
• Some office work experience
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Positive minded
• Organized
• Numerical and Analytical
• Negotiation skills
• Commercial Awareness
• Someone who can work well both individually and within a team
• Accuracy
