We are looking to recruit a team administrator to support our Enterprise & Partnerships team within the School of Healthcare Enterprise and Innovation (HEI) as our work continues to expand. This is a full-time role to provide effective and professional administration for day-to-day operations in our growing team. The School of HEI sits within the Faculty of Medicine, at the University of Southampton’s Science Park, Chilworth.
Our work is underpinned by knowledge exchange and enterprise generated through healthcare innovation, enterprise activity and key partnerships. The Enterprise & Partnerships team provides operational and strategic support to a diverse range of business activities. We respond to stakeholder need and the local, national and international healthcare ecosystem to drive meaningful change. Our work extends across opportunities within the Faculty of Medicine, other University schools and faculties and our external partners and stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
- previous experience of providing effective and efficient administrative support
- excellent verbal and written communication and MS Office skills
- the ability to be flexible and responsive to requests and to ensure that key issues are progressed within the time scales, and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage your own workload effectively to meet business requirements
- good interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships and be a strong team-player
