We’re Two Circles, the three-time BT Sport Industry Agency of the Year, and we’re a vibrant and rapidly-expanding sports marketing agency. We currently have a team of 200 working across four global offices (London, Bern, New York City and Los Angeles).

Requirements
A Two Circles Solutions Architect is both the bridge between our client-facing Consultants and our Engineering teams and the designer of client solutions. Translating complex into simple, explaining technical concepts to non-technical people and helping define and present innovative client solutions. Guiding, coaching and advising on all aspects of technical solutions from vendor selection, design to pricing, support and integration. Once work has been won, they also play a key role in the transition between proposal and implementation, ensuring delivery is as smooth as business development.
Able to engage and influence all levels of client stakeholders, technical or non-technical, a solution architect will possess a blend of the following skills:
- Comfortable building strong working relationships, both within the business and with clients, and a keenness to maintain and develop these relationships
- More than five years’ experience in technical pre-sales or technical consultancy/solution design in a customer-orientated agency or business
- In depth Knowledge of Martech solutions - Customer Data platforms, Multi-channel orchestration/Real-time interaction Management & Marketing Automation/ESP.
- Experience of Pricing technical solutions with awareness of techniques for estimating their delivery timelines
- The ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear and concise technical designs and specifications
- Great self-starting attitude keen to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different
- Technical understanding of integration - design patterns, approaches etc
- Understanding of data security concepts and approaches
- Any experience of the sports industry would be advantageous
- Knowledge in the following Technical solutions would be advantageous:
- Data Engineering & BI
- SSO/CIAM/Authentication
- Web/App design and Build
- Adtech
