Job description
The opportunity has arisen for a CRM Solutions Architect to join us on a 12 month FTC working as part of the Global CRM Project Implementation Team. Responsible for supporting the project through to MVP and the first 6 months of embedding and sprints, supporting the CRM Project Manager and overall design and implementation of future marketing operations.
Salary: Up to £50K depending on experience
Location: Hybrid working, based from Swindon HQ
Hours: Full time
Duration: 12-month FTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Campaign, Marketing and Sales Operational build within new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics to HubSpot)
- Supporting the Project Manager with the overall delivery of the CRM Change, deputizing where necessary
- Supporting data cleansing and migration between systems
- Aiding Learning and Development during system changes and beyond to support adoption
- Create the appropriate governance workflows and sign off processes to support effective marketing operations
KPIs:
- Strategic : Successful embedding of new CRM system
- Financial : Lower cost of processes, better data integrity and more efficient marketing processes
- People: Adoption of the CRM amongst the targeted stakeholders
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong understanding of Governance, Sign off and business workflows
- Strong understanding of leading marketing and data practices/technologies
- Ability to align cross functional teams to deliver customer centric outcomes.
- Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully across the organization
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Strong ability to self manage and deliver against timelines
Experience:
- Experience in building or optimizing a CRM system (ideally HubSpot)
- Minimum 2 years work experience in B2B Commercial / Marketing
