To sustain our growth, we are seeking a PLM Solution Architect (Teamcenter) , based in the UK. In this key role, you will work on customer PLM projects and will also participate in Atos PLM competency and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on how to utilize Teamcenter PLM to meet their unique business needs.
Facilitate workshops, develop innovative solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation of cutting-edge Teamcenter PLM technology aligned with business value.
Create high-level conceptual solution architectures using both standard and customized applications (if applicable) to deliver comprehensive end-to-end customer solutions.
Provide sales and presales support by providing presentations, demonstrations, and high-level scoping of solutions for prospective customers.
Support in-flight project delivery by being integral to project delivery teams.
Be the principal high-level functional authority on Teamcenter PLM for project and presales activity.
Lead and support the development of Requirements Specifications, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
Produce Functional Designs via hands-on demonstration and piloting of designs (prototyping).
Be the ATOS(Eviden) trusted advisor to customers regarding all Teamcenter PLM matters.
Oversee and direct technical teams located onsite, nearshore, or offshore with an expert touch.
Review the teams’ work products with an expert eye to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Mentor team members to help them reach their full potential.
Be willing and able to travel, if necessary, within the UK and potentially continental Europe to ensure success.
Your Profile:
Advanced knowledge and expertise in the Siemens PLM Portfolio, especially Teamcenter.
Excellent presentation skills and understanding of the sales cycle to influence and make representation at the highest levels both externally and internally, formally and informally, establishing confidence and respect for the functions represented and as individuals.
Hands-on experience in integrations with MES & ERP (e.g., Opcenter, SAP)
Knowledge of CAD technology (e.g., NX, CATIA V5/6, Creo), integrated in a PLM environment.
Good understanding of product design processes (for example requirements management, component design, engineering change management).
Additional Desired Skills:
Experience or practical knowledge of formal Technical and Enterprise Architecture methodologies/frameworks.
Continuous Integration / Deployment capabilities with Teamcenter covering areas in Jenkins, GIT, Tortoise, and Monitoring (e.g. Elastic Stacks, Nagios
Knowledge and practical experience of the Systems Engineering lifecycle and delivery including testing.
Security Clearance:
UK DV or SC clearance will be required to work on many of our projects. Hence candidates who either have already got such clearances or are ready to undergo such checks will be given preference.
