The UK Regional IT Team are in charge of the design and management of solutions dedicated to supporting the business strategy. They operates a hybrid approach to its solutions and services with a multitude of managed platforms.

Overview:
The Enterprise Architect will understand business drivers and required capabilities (future and current state), and determine corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive and support the organisation's Regional business strategy, taking into consideration the Global objective.
This is a newly created role, reporting into the Regional CTO, which will strengthen our ability to deliver key strategical systems to the UK. You will work with Application Managers, Technical and Solution Architects to deliver best in breed solutions to the business.
What impact you can create:
- You will own this organisation's UK & Canada Regional architecture and form an Architectural Design Authority, ensuring designs and developments follow the agreed standards and best practices.
- You will complement and collaborate with the Global Architecture Teams in order to define the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns for the UK Region, to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
- Forging and maintaining strong relationships with all functions across the business and IT to understand their processes in order to exploit greater speed, efficiency, performance, accuracy and security within the business.
- You will execute the design and lead the adoption of Enterprise Architecture across the line of business applications and technologies.
- You will influence the organisation by utilising your understanding of technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies which will allow the organisation to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
- You will own the Reference Architecture for the Region including librarianship and delivery of for standards and build patterns.
- You will impact and create templated processes that help develop a direction for managing the organisation's portfolio of "as-is" and "to-be" to align business outcome objectives.
