We are seeking an Enrolment Officer to manage enquiries about the English language programmes offered at the English Language Centre (ELC) and to deliver on enrolment targets.
You will advise students and/or parents/guardians/ agents on suitable courses and accommodation options as well as processing incoming bookings. You will also work closely with the Visa Compliance and CAS teams to ensure that prospective students meet the necessary requirements for UKVI visas and will prepare acceptance documentation, visa letters and course confirmations. In addition, you will show prospective students around the campus and respond to queries regarding ELC courses and other services (such as airport transfer and, extracurricular activities).
To be successful, you should have strong administration and customer service skills with a background of working with international audiences (eg international students or institutions). You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders. Personalised education is what we do, and we believe that every student is unique and exceptional, so you'll also have a strong focus on the student journey. The ability to speak a foreign language would be a bonus!
