Salary Range: $100-$115k DOE
$10,000 Sign on bonus!

As Enrollment Director coordinates welcoming families into treatment, manages and directs the admissions & discharge processes, and authentically represents all Embark programs to parents/guardians, referents, and prior treatment providers.

Responsibilities
Clinical:
- Provide high quality first point of contact to clients and families, and perform initial intake assessment, and make treatment recommendations
- Maintain a caseload of (3) three clients
- Oversee records for past, present, and potential clients.
- Perform Biopsychosocial to ensure clients are within our scope of practice.
- Maintain treatment integrity to the programs policy and procedure, clinical model, therapeutic interventions, and adherence to the Embark clinical approach
Operations:
- Maintain system, processes, and procedures to support operational metrics, in collaboration with Executive Director
- Ownership and maintenance of admissions and discharges
- Ensure and support program compliance
- Coordinate initial treatment sessions, outcomes, initial treatment plan and provide caseload/clinical support
- Support hiring and retaining of top clinical talent
Marketing/Outreach:
- Customer service/hospitality: reassure client/family and provide hope; reaffirm commitment to treatment. Makes treatment recommendations
- Collaborate regularly with staff, director of professional relations, admissions team, enrollment team, and leadership
- Develop and Implement marketing strategies
- Provide tours to families and others
- Maintain and support employee engagement and satisfaction
Qualifications
Required
- Fully Licensed to practice in the State of California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline
- Two years of working experience as a licensed therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions
Preferred
- One (1) year of experience working in admissions
- One (1) year of experience counseling persons struggling with substance abuse or training on recovery modalities and substance use disorders
- Experience working with clients and families including intersectionality of marginalized identities.
- Mental health therapists who specialize in or have experience providing LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.
- Experience in practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies including DBT, CBT/TF-CBT, MI, and
- Incorporate clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
- A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.
- A desire to perform & develop expertise in individual, family, and group therapy.
- One year of experience with medium to high acuity population, inpatient, residential, and or IOP/PHP setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
- Excellent documentation/data hygiene (gather data/tracking)
