Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a number of English & Maths Teachers to work in a number of Secondary Schools in Birmingham and the wider West Midlands. September 2023 start.

QTS/PGCE is essential - Past Secondary School Experience is a must!

Daily Tasks will include:

- Managing classroom behaviour
- Delivering planned lessons (English & Maths)
- Building relationships with staff & pupils
- Having a presence around the School
- Buy into the schools ethos
- School Holidays off - still paid

- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour - desirable School Based.

- A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject

- Experience working with children who have learning difficulties - EHCPs

- Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independently
