Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have Arkansas HPBL, or the ability to obtain. Training and Experience: Previous hospital experience preferred. Has skilled knowledge of plumbing, electricity, construction (carpentry), pneumatics and HVAC equipment and systems. Job Knowledge: Has ability to read and interpret blue prints. Has the ability to perform the following tasks, but not limited to these: - all phases of general maintenance work (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.) - ability to communicate (oral and written - assist security guard when needed - ability to lift heavy objects - ability to assume rotating shifts when needed after initial orientation period - ability to take oral and written instruction - self starter
