Engineering Manager
£58,000 - £62,000 + Up to 10% Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Days Based + Additional Benefits
You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations: Norwich, Aylsham, North Walsham, Fakenham, Hemsby, Reepham, Stalham. Other locations will also be considered.

In this role you will work to build and further develop the existing Engineering function of the business by leading from the front and implementing new processes and systems to minimise downtime across the site and maximise output within the business.
This company are a leader within their market and continue go from strength to strength and have big plans for further development and investment across the company so they are now looking to bring in an Engineering manager to further drive the Engineering function of the business by implementing new processes and systems across the site.
This position would suit an experienced Engineering/Maintenance Manager from a background within a Manufacturing/FMCG environment looking for a long term permanent position.
The Role:
- Working to manage and develop the existing Engineering function of a successful global manufacturing business
- Duties of the role will include but are not limited to; Implementing Systems, Projects, Budgets, Leading the team, Continuous Improvement, CAPEX, Health and Safety, Process Improvement and more
- Days Based (Monday – Friday)

The Person:
- Previous experience in a Maintenance/Engineering manager based position or similar
- Background within a Manufacturing/FMCG based industry
- You will come from an Engineering background ideally with both mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience in one or more of the following will be considered beneficial; Six Sigma, CAPEX, Continuous Improvement, ISO’s, H&S or similar
- Looking for a long term permanent position
