The Colas Rail Graduate Schemes are two-year fast track training programmes, which will jump start your career and begin to provide you with the all the technical and managerial skills that you will need to realise your potential. We are currently looking for a graduate to join our Engineering Graduate Scheme within our Electrical and Power division in Tonbridge.
We are currently looking for a technical graduate to join our Infrastructure and Rail Systems Alliance Team. As an engineering graduate with Colas Rail, you will be enrolled in a two-year Engineering graduate programme which has a distinct focus on the technical side of our business. You can expect to be working closely with our experienced engineers and senior management on improving the UK rail systems.
Throughout your programme we will support you via our Technical Development Frameworks and give you the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge, with the goal to helping you achieve Chartered Engineering status.

Essential
We're looking for bright, enthusiastic and determined people who can work both independently and in a team. For all our Graduate Programmes we are looking for at least a 2:2 degree from University, and the ability to stand out, by internships, university successes or extracurricular activities. We are also looking for graduates who share our ethics and behaviours, but are not afraid to look at ways in which we can continuously improve.

Qualification and experience requirements:
For E&P Engineering graduates, we are looking for a minimum of:
- 2:2 degree in an electrical engineering discipline
- A strong desire to pursue development in the railway industry.
- Driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
