ABOUT THE ROLE & THE PROGRAMME
Gain exposure to a variety of mobile & wireless engineering projects, embedding yourself as a trusted advisor and go to person. Develop your skills to become a subject matter expert in your field, understanding the equipment and technologies that are at the core of our day to day business. With a focus on designing and testing of mobile and wireless networks, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of different sites where we are deploying solutions on behalf of our customers including hospitals, stadiums, airports and manufacturing plants.
Have the opportunity to design and perform RF surveys and transmission network design and optimization as well as supporting on client reporting and designs with the support of vendors and suppliers.
This role is a four year fixed term contract, following the end of the programme you will be invited to interview for a permanent role at BAI Communications, soon to be Boldyn Networks.
ABOUT YOU

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
- Minimum requirement of an Engineering relevant Undergraduate Bachelors Degree with a predicted result for at least a 2:2
- You are eligible to work in the UK and won’t be in full-time education in September 2023
