Your role
Lead the maintenance team for all process areas and site services to ensure the continued development of the maintenance function and provide a proactive professional service on the site.
Manage and develop maintenance schedules and ensure PMS schedules are completed on time, reporting any issues to Engineering Manager.
Responsible for budget control, ensuring all spare part purchases are adequate and within specification and manage the Store system ensuring correct stock levels are maintained.
What you’ll need
Time Served as Tradesperson
Minimum 3 Years experience within a processing environment
Computer Literate
Engineering Qualification
Preferably food manufacturing
Experience of machine re-engineering, adjustment and computerised planned maintenance systems
Utilities and building services experience
Experience leading/managing a team
