Job Description
As a Home-Based Engineer, you will act as a technical vehicle construction and repair expert. You will carry out image-based desk top inspections and provide authority to independent and vehicle manufacturer repairers to agreed tolerance levels. You will review cases of complaint involving technical vehicle construction and repair issues and provide guidance and recommendation on best course of action. You will also carry out regular sample audit of the repair network based on Vizion's Repairer Audit Policy in relation to correct claim circumstances, method and cost of repair.

Other
Report to: Engineering Manager.
Hours: Average 38.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Team size: Circa 15 engineers.
Travel: Occasional travel will be required to attend client meetings and to our office in the Hull.
Equipment: Company will provide laptop.
Holiday: 21 days, plus statutory bank holidays.
1 extra day off for your birthday.
