engineer/fitters mate Lincoln, England
Job description
We are looking for both experienced installation engineers or trainee's to start as engineers mates. The job involves the installation and maintenance of industrial doors such as roller shutters, sectional doors, fast action doors, personnel doors etc. We both fabricate, install and repair and all employees will become multi-skilled eventually being able to weld , diagnose electrical faults, fabricate steel work, problem solve, deal directly with customers. Most of our work is local but occasionally we do work at a distance and overnight stays will be required (for which a extra payment is made and we also pay overtime and cost of hotels). We use vans with roof mounted cherry pickers for high level access. Based in Lincoln, most of our work is on farms in Lincolnshire.Out of hours call-outs or weekend work is very rare.
Candidates must be able to drive and preferably have a clean driving license. A 'can do' attitude is essential as is the ability to communicate with colleagues and participate in the friendly working atmosphere.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
